Account Analyst for An International Oil Company - location: Beijing

Account team support responsibilities:
* Account and deal planning support: Assist in developing and maintaining Account Plans and Deal Plans including updates of stakeholder map, Sales Pipeline, and Financials.
*Account budgeting support: Assist in developing account budget; liaise with Finance analyst to ensure budget information is accurately captured.
* Customer account team support: Draft letters to customers, minutes of meeting, briefing notes, presentation slides etc. Ensure that all documents provided to customers are prepared in a professional manner and that documentation complies with import/export regulations of country of origin. Liaise with Finance to arrange for corrections needed for: Acquisition Costs, Internal and BRNC travel, P&L, etc. Document, maintain and communicate information on doing business with assigned customers: organization charts, values & principles, major policies and rules, decision making processes, procurement processes, payment processes.

Customer support responsibilities:
* Customer relationship management: Maintain customer contact data, including contact information. Develop contacts and relationships at peer levels within customer organization, where applicable. Plan and coordinate customer-specific events, conferences & workshops,working with Marketing and local site support staff where appropriate.
* Customer service management: Support debt collection. Manage customer account contract status, including notification of pending completion, renewal, termination in accordance with contract terms. Manage account knowledge and documentation, ensuring all documentation is captured in central location accessible to team members.
* Additional Responsibilities: Provide backup and supplement to global network of Account Development Analysts and Project Office as directed by Supervisor.

Deal Support responsibilities:
* Support the deal development process in assigned accounts, by planning and scheduling the required milestones, engaging required internal stakeholders.
