Job Description
Draft and review a wide range of legal documents including agreements.
Assisting Chairman on corporate legal matters
Communicate with clients internally and externally
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Legal Studies or external LLB
Bilingual reading and writing in English and Chinese
At least 2 years of working experience in a law firm or in-house legal department dealing with corporate commercial work
Frequent Travel to China required,
Outstanding candidate with excellent interpersonal skill.
