Opportunity description:

Our team is developing a dating website with innovative approach to individual profiling and various social network elements - project that is technically challenging and fun at the same time.
We are planning to develop MVP, test it in Singapore, then add more features and scale up the product.

We are looking for a tech co-founder - motivated web developer passionate about technology and development of highly interactive social software.

Terms of collaboration are subject to discussion and negotiation, and depend on what will the technical co-founder bring to the table.
Skills:

- You are a passionate developer with expertise in web UI and interactive application development
- You have hands-on expertise with the architecture, design and development of scalable web solutions using industry-standard processes, tools and frameworks
- You have background in the fundamentals of software engineering, web development, and scalable systems architecture
- You also have understanding of best practices in various languages/technologies and believe just as strongly in building a useable API as a user-friendly front-end

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the accomplishing of the design and production implementation
- Create development project plan and estimates for product road mapping and work scheduling
- Define the technology stack
- Leading and managing the development process
- Be proactive to identify improvements, flag risks and initiate problem-solving actions
