Title：Senior/System Analyst - Business Intelligence & Analytics
The Job:

Core scope of this role is ‘Techno-Functional Consulting and conception, Requirement Analysis, Design, Proof of concepts/ prototyping and Implementations, mainly pertaining to the IT Solutions & Services in ‘Business Intelligence & Analytics’ encompassing: Data Modeling Data Mining Analytical Methodology Statistical Analysis Predictive & Prescriptive Analysis Econometrics Require Analysis & Management, Business requirement gathering, analysis and alignment with relevant process owners Design analytical solutions as integral part of the Infineon Business Intelligence architecture Develop prototypes and evaluate together with Biz users to enable fast customer feedback and alignment Design & review Functional & Technical Design specifications in sync with overall solution platforms and architectural Define & Execute Test plans and agile implementation cycles & Rollouts Change and Problem Management during Operations Conduct Key user training & development. To Innovate / Best practice adaptation & external benchmarking Handle Global / Regional project Management & Delivery and Lead Initiatives and Taskforces

Requirements:
Masters / Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering At least 6 years of relevant work experience in IT. Broad understanding of the Supply chain and CRM processes and respective Solution & Integration architectures In-depth & hands on, working background & knowledge in data analytics, data mining, statistical methodologies, predictive analytics and econometrics Ability to map Business requirements with Solution capabilities / functionalities Strong development & configuration background in at least one of the following tools: SQL Server Analysis Services, MatLab, R, Knime Full development lifecycle experience for Business Analytics solutions: Consulting, Requirements, Design, Build, Test and Deploy Strong analytical and problem solving skills with solution oriented mindset
