Client: a multinational big IT system integrator
Location: main office at Ubi, but the candidate needs to travel to clients' sites all over Singpaore
Important notice:
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm Saturday 9am – 1230pm (Saturday do not need to come back, depending on Project requirements)
Must be prepared to work OT when required(will be paid accordingly)
Standby is required. (Once per month, duration of 1 week; Sunday to Saturday) Only 1 standby each time, $150 standby allowance. [OT will start to row when activated]
Job Specification
Responsible for analyzing, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting LAN, WAN security and VoIP infrastructure. A Network Engineer performs a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets the company's customer satisfaction. A Network Engineer also provides direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations.
To delivery of services to customers throughout Singapore.
To integrate and deliver technology solutions based on client requirements offer by the Solutions Consultant team members.
To collaborate with other the company's Solutions Consultant to architect, design and implement solutions.
To collaborate with project manager to deliver the project in accordance to the company's project management SOP.
To provide customer support and direct quality assurance for all projects to which they are assigned.
To provide customer support services on an ongoing basis to support the technology environments of the company's customers.
To ensure the success of the company's solutions during the solution delivery phase an with Project Manager, and the success of the company's customers.
To enhances the company's customer satisfaction and overall customer relationships and helps leverage these customer relationships within the company's business development efforts.
To coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Solutions Consultant Team
To provide technical escalation support for other the company's support department
This position directly impacts the the company's bottom line through billable engineering and support work, as well as through collaboration with other team members.
Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects.
Serves as a leader for troubleshooting and implementation done by more junior Innovators.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates with CCNA / CCNP certifications will be advantageous.
