Fulltime Associates, Game Technical Operation
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day production support for users (players and operation team)
- Trouble-shoot Technical related problems and take corrective action
- Coordinate and perform system maintenance process
- Setup and support new Game environment for both testing and production
- Assist in rolling out new features to better support operation team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering /Computer Science/Information Engineering
- Able to work independently, to play a hands-on role and exercise flexibility in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Proactive in acquiring new knowledge or technical know-how needed for the job
- Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with different parties.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is a must
