CompassLoft is an initiative of our company, Potato Productions, that aims to bring together Chinese audiences that want to learn about different career perspectives via workshops and activities. It facilitates the exchange of ideas, career and industry knowledge, and the exploration of new business opportunities. Through these, members will become acquainted with various job prospects, find new friends, build networks and share life journeys.

Key job responsibilities:
Perform in-depth market research to understand the company and the industry with regard to building the brand identity with the right message
Create fresh written content for advertising and marketing purposes with a consistent brand voice on various mediums, especially on social media platforms (Facebook, Weibo & Wechat), website & printed documents
Work with the team & supervisor to determine the message tone and brainstorm ideas
Work with a designer for marketing materials and event collaterals
Write bimonthly columns on the website

Requirements:
Singapore citizen or PR only
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (preferable native mandarin speaker)
Know how to write and copywrite in both English and Mandarin
Have a deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Weibo & Wechat), print and web
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creativity & responsibilities
Motivated to take initiatives and bring ideas to the table
