Head of Sales Enablement
We currently have an amazing opportunity from an e-portal
company with well reputation, for an experienced Head of Sales Enablement to
join the team. The main objective of this key role is to put in place plans
focused on improving People, Processes and Systems. This will result in:

Job Responsibilities:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Lead a small team and work closely with the Company’s
leadership, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Product, HR and Finance teams.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Set the vision for and lead the Company’s Sales Enablement
strategy and programs – it is a critical and senior business role.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Put in place the sales enablement infrastructure to continuously
improve sales performance – covering People, Processes and Systems. This
includes:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->Ensuring high quality
hiring, induction and ongoing training
<!--[if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Development and
sharing of product, sales collaterals, proposal templates and tools to sell
effectively
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->Improved segmentation
of knowledge of the market and customers
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->Development and
implementation consistent account planning
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->Sales performance
management
<!--[if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->Development of
consistent incentives, commission and award schemes to motivate, recognise and
reward sales teams
<!--[if !supportLists]-->7. <!--[endif]-->Process to manage
discount approvals and tracking of discounts
<!--[if !supportLists]-->8. <!--[endif]-->Tools to better track
customer engagement, opportunities and pipeline
<!--[if !supportLists]-->9. <!--[endif]-->Supporting financial
forecasting process
Required Skills and Experiences:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->10+ years experience in sales, sales management or sales
enablement – ideally in an enterprise environment
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Experience in designing and building Sales Enablement programs
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and
develop structured plans, actions, and measureable metrics and then execute
those plans
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Ability to lead and facilitate cross company initiatives –
strong stakeholder and internal communications management and change management
experience
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Ability to create a performance and metrics focused culture
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Passion for transformation, performance improvement and training
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications
