Title: Operation Analyst
We are hiring
for a well reputed e-portal company with both website portal and mobile portal,
who is the industry lead of SEA Region.
JOB SUMMARY
Working
closely with the Head of Regional Operations, you will play a key role in analysing
and optimizing our business processes regionally. You will assist in developing standard
operating procedures and policies, as well as help measure efficiency and
quality in after sales processes. You will also play a role in supporting the
automation of those processes over time. From time to time you may also assist
with other operations, systems, customer service or compliance related tasks.
You will report to the Head of Regional Operations.

Process
documentation
Performance
measurement
Documenting
and communicating stakeholder requirements for systems and processes
Supporting
SOP & policy development, implementation and training
Involvement
in various operations, customer service, sales, or compliance related tasks and
projects as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
(Must Haves)
Ability to
communicate clearly and concisely, especially in writing
Experience in
analyzing and documenting business processes
Experience
working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Advanced
knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
DESIRED SKILLS
(Advantageous
to have)
Online media
industry experience
Familiarity
with sales operations, ad operations, customer call centers, or telesales
Experience
with Total Quality Management and/or Six Sigma
Experience
with developing and implementing SOPs and policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Min. 1 year
with a management consulting firm, or alternatively min. 3 years in business
process or operations development at a medium sized or large company
Min. BSc. in
Engineering or Business, preferably with a focus on operations management
OTHER
0-20% travel
required
