SCB3: Standard Chartered Bank. It always has simple & easy credit cards promotions (e.g. Shop For Free, GSS, Online promotions etc.) all year along -- highly recommended.
Major department stores4: BHG, Isetan, John Little, Marks & Spencer, Metro, OG, Robinsons, Takashimaya and TANGS.
