Duration: 1 year renewable. Location: HKUST Clear Water Bay Campus. Working Hours: Fixed 9a-6p. Salary will match market price. Language: Excellent written English, good spoken English. Mandarin is a plus. Education: Engineering background preferred but not a must. Other requirement: patient, organized, and detail oriented. Be able to pick up new tasks with minimum supervision. Duty: managing daily operation of different research projects (3-5) within the HKUST UAV group. Communicate and collaborate with staffs in different departments on behalf of the faculty member (myself). Duties may include budget management, purchase, paperwork, project report, project publicity, progress monitoring and documentation, etc. Provide administrative assistance such as travel arrangement, scheduling, meetings logistics, etc.
