Helpdesk Support
急求一名短期Helpdesk Support (12 month contract)。
Qualification:
§ Diploma in Computer Science
§ Familiar with Microsoft O/S
§ Good working attitude
§ Candidates who are available to start on short notice will be preferred
§ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
§ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Duties & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will perform first level support for IT-related problems / issues. He/she will deal directly with employees who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues. Tasks may include:
§ Provide IT maintenance support
§ Troubleshoot, monitor and resolve desktop and printer issues
§ Install and configure computer systems
§ Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
§ Log customer/employee queries
§ Analyse request / call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
§ Adhere to standard operating procedures
Rate:
$15/hour ($2,520/month)
