The NUS Project Management course is construction oriented The NUS PM master course is under Department of Building, so it is very construction oriented. Most students are part-time students and most of them are working in construction industry (Engineers, QSs, architects). So if you are working in construction industry now, it is good to study it. If you are not working in the industry, better not to study, coz the case studies are all construction projects, and there is one module for construction law, very difficult to learn if you have no idea on how construction industry works. Hope this helps.
