1)Client Support Specialist, APAC
Key Responsibilities
Develop an extensive working knowledge of the product suite.
Provide end-user application support via phone, email and in-person.
Coordinate and prioritize support requests.
Facilitate problem-solving between end-user and development staff.
Participate with development staff in testing new releases of the product.
Develop working relationships with sales staff to utilize product knowledge and leverage customer relationships for sales support.
Analyze and troubleshoot problems effectively while minimizing response time.

Identify escalation situations and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
Keep end-users up to date throughout the resolution process.

Occasionally participate in rotational shift coverage, with advanced notice.
Professional Experience RequiredAt least two years of customer service experience in a technical support environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work in a team environment but at the same time, be self-motivated.
Able to multitask while balancing competing priorities.
Able to complete product demonstrations and end-user training sessions in a client facing environment.
Experience with all Operating Systems, includes both Windows platforms and Macs. Experience with all internet-based browsers and their applications.
Previous experience with helpdesk software (Zendesk, Jitbit,
Desk.com, etc).
Previous experience with JIRA application

3) Infrastructure Engineering & Operations ( DevOps)
Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation and management of infrastructure services, application deployments, cloud services, monitoring and databases
Provide visibility into business and systems performance metrics, in support of capacity planning and business reports
Work closely with Development and Infrastructure teams to maintain, manage and enhance the platform
Expanding our configuration management infrastructure to enable rapid deployment of new services.
Working with Information Security to perform security audits and proactively make recommendations/improvements
Deliver high-quality and durable systems that meet the specifications of our product management team on time and within budget.
Stay current on technology and domain trends, frameworks and cutting-edge technology. The candidate will be working with our teams to bring new solutions delivered by technology to the company.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
Knowledge & SkillsComfortable working in a continuous deployment environment
Experience configuring, securing and managing Linux servers, Ubuntu and CentOS preferred
Experience with managing MySQL databases, including replication, and web servers and proxies like Nginx, Squid and HAProxy
Scripting abilities in Unix Shell, Python or Ruby
Have used automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible or Vagrant
Experience with monitoring and metrics collection tools such as Logicmonitor, Sensu, InfluxDB and New Relic
Experience working with SCM tools such as git, GitHub, TFS and BitBucket.
Familiarity with SOA, microservices, message queueing and relational database concepts.
Experience working with third-party and supporting internal/third-party RESTful web services and other

Experience with Solr and Hadoop would be considered an asset.
