Responsibilities
General Administrative work. Include but not limited to handling phone calls and undertake reception duties
Issue invoices and perform data entry in Yonyou U8 system(training provided)
Manage orders and purchases of office supplies, air tickets or other services
Prepare monthly attendance report.
Provide administrative support to Financial & HR Manager
Staff accommodation management
Perform other ad-hoc administration tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum “O” Level
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to learn and long term work /develop in organization
Experience in administrative work with accounting/HR knowledge will have an advantage
5 days work week
Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts from China
