请问PR被拒可以appeal吗？
据信全文：
Dear Sir,
We regret to inform you that your application has not been successful as you have not met the residential requirement. You may wish to re-submit another application for our consideration in 1/2 year's time.
感觉除了被拒，什么都没说。现在想appeal一下行不行啊？有人有过类似的经历或者知道具体的操作流程吗？
