English version of Lenovo X61, how can I configure it for Chinese user?

I got a cheap machine from a singnet promo but the user will be in
China.. Can I make changes to existing Vista to make menus and UIs
into simplified Chinese?

有什么办法么？试了vista123上面的LIP可是没有用。
那里的混蛋用vista ultimate的library冒充LIP。。

ultimate额外花$200,烦死了。

系统语言应该没有办法改，要不为啥要另外发行中文版本的操作系统？
