请教新加坡和马来西亚的签证事宜

我是EP，快到期了，想在回国前叫妈妈过来一起去新加坡和马来西亚旅游。想问：
1，是不是一定要她自己在国内办？我在这边帮她办可以吗？我在ica上看到有种local contact的，可是需要NRIC号，是不是一定是pr的才能帮国内的亲戚办？
2，她在国内办的话，是不是一定要去那几个大城市如上海等，去办？
3，假如她办了新加坡和马来西亚的旅游签证。新加坡可以呆多少天，可以出入几次？马来西亚可以呆多少天，出入几次呢？
4，我自己办马来西亚的签证是否找个旅行社就ok了？是几天，出入几次的呢？

An:
1. Can apply from travel agent in Singapore. 4 working days. Single entry for your mum. But Malaysia embassy got the right to reject her Visa, it is case by case. One more choise, apply Visa on arrival at 2nd link level 2 office. Need to bring passport, return tickets, and RM100. Spend 5 mins only.

2. Not sure.

3. Nowadays, S'pore Visa is usually 2 years multi-entry (or even 5 years, depends on your luck :D ). Max. stay 14 to 30 days (refer to the stamp on her passport when enter S'port custom). To Malaysia, 14 days if apply Visa from agent. 30 days if apply Visa on arrival. Both single entry for your mum's case.

4. Yes. 4 working days.

Call any travel agent for more details.

then after travelling from Malaysia, how can she return to Singapore if only single entry?

Singapore Visa is Multi-entry, Malaysia Visa is single entry
Both single entry for Malaysia Visa from agent & Malaysia Visa on Arrival. Your mum's Singapore Visa should be 2 years multi-entry. So no problem to come back here :) dont worry

Do check it carefully.
