INDEMNITY:
I understand that due care and safety for my child will be exercised by the teachers at all times but save for proven gross negligence. I hereby release and hold xxxx school harmless for any accidents occurred to my child during the activities/outing. I will not hold xxxx school or her staff liable or responsible, and will indemnify both against any claims or whatsoever.
