昨天在信箱看到的email, 说是有很高的com,
于是下午屁颠颠的去看showflat,看过之后才知道为什么
额的神啊。。。
2300psf, 1br算下来是1.2m 左右，2br是1.9m 左右
最大的卖点是freehold和靠近orchard,而且是这个区域内不多的小型单位
