4房, 92 m2, 2nd highest level, good condition, facing good and quite. Valued 360k+. The unit is too small for my consideration.---now owner puts one common room as their “kids conder”

D: 4A1 corner unit but not quite, 360k+10k, owner wants to sell house first before buying another HDB ---level 8 is also not so good
E: 4A1 corridor unit, vacant, relatively quite. with a lots built-in furniture, level 9 is also not so good, another one who asked 10k cash. 380k’s valuation.
F: 4房 huge (108m2) 4A unit with long wall faced to corridor, level 5, 5 mins to MRT, 房子layout不规则。25yrs old, car park downstairs。 Asking at minus 30k. personally I think it is only suitable for renting only.

讲老实话,第一个5房的基本条件不错,但是装修工程浩大,花钱多
厨房全部要做过,卧室加厕所肯定要做,是不是3万肯定要?
请大家还有炎鑫同学来评论一下,价格,装修什么的。。

Very bad condition: 厨房巨赃,油滋斑斑。客厅地板是那种country-style 的,地砖是绿色花纹,上面黑点很多。厕所地板也是老式样的。卧室是木地板,估计也糟蹋的够烂了,墙上的油漆剥落不少。天花板还ok。整体感觉好像是个很古老的旧房子。
B: 5房, 120平方, 3+study, 高楼层, corner unit.光线不好。Renovation not bad。
