今天登录HDB网站更新租客的信息，点change of Tenant进去, 看到以下信息：
Sorry, we are not able to process your request to update your tenant/tenant's particulars online.
If you need any clarification or assistance on this e-service, pls send us and email at bwladmin@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg.
请问这是什么情况， 之前 online就可以更改啊。谢谢
