One in five or 20 percent of HDB flat buyers are comprised of permanent residents (PRs), but the latest figures available indicate that they form a far smaller minority of the HDB resident population.
Findings from the 2008 Sample Household Survey conducted by HDB indicated that PRs made up 8 percent of the 2.92 million HDB residents in 2008.
Non-PR foreigners comprised another 4 percent, which means 88 percent, or almost nine in 10 HDB residents were still Singaporeans.

其实某人出面认个错，说一下之后的计划就可以了。现在的政策在当今“大专毕业的住户比例从1998年的19.9%上升至31.4%，而从事白领工作的居民比例也从10年前的29.5%增至34.5%“的形式下是很难有以前同样的效果。而且只会火上加油。
另外，大专住户和白领工作的数据表明，新增长的大专毕业住户大多没有从事白领工作。新加坡人民的整体工作水平是下降的？因为被foreigner抢了白领工作？
真是拿起石头砸自己的脚。
