我简直那它家没办法了，大家看吧。其实根本就没想买它家的，只是了解一下跟其它牌子做个比较。不管怎样，“挖”到一点价格，给以后买东西的人留个参考。

鄙视原因：

1. 邮件来往三次，每次回信要等上2个星期，不给任何解释为什么迟回，就知道一句话“apologies for the delay“。

2. 允诺的折扣前后不一。第二次回信说30升水可以给25%off，最后一次又变成20%off。这么少的折扣一点诚意都没有，我随便都能在网上找到15%off promo code。

3. 价格居高不下。真不知道淘宝上的那么低的价钱怎么卖出来的。不是他们能拿到更低折扣，就是他们卖假货。

4. 连个报价单都要搞得深深秘密。还要我列出产品，才告诉我多少钱。

Please note: These prices are UK Retail prices and include UK sales tax at 15 per cent. So remove this (divide by 1.15).

First of all my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

The shipping cost for 30 litres of hydrolat to Singapore would be approximately UK pounds 180. We would be pleased to give you 25% discount off the retail prices for this order.

If you want you can order in quantities larger than 200ml, but this would be a special order and would take approximately 3 weeks extra to arrive.

I can give you prices for this if you let me know which hydrolats you want and in which sizes (500ml or 1 litre).
