Have offered one condo unit and signed the OTP. But the owner is still considering as the price is 20000k below the bank valuation. The OTP expired at 4pm yesterday. The owner requested to pospond the transaction to be done 24 weeks later if he agreed to my offer as his daughter needs to attend O level exam on October. Should I take his request ? Anything fishy?
