怎么在线延长long time social visit pass?

妈妈的long time social visit pass要到期了，听说现在都是网上extend了，在ICA的网站上只找到Extend your short term Visit Pass和Apply for long term Visit Pass

有知道的麻烦告知

自己找到了，再问renew long term social visit pass还要再体检吗？
贴过来服务需要的人

在e service and forms里面
http://www.ica.gov.sg/e_services.aspx?pageid=313&secid=11
