怎么在线延长long time social visit pass?

妈妈的long time social visit pass要到期了，听说现在都是网上extend了，在ICA的网站上只找到Extend your short term Visit Pass和Apply for long term Visit Pass

自己找到了，再问renew long term social visit pass还要再体检吗？
