请教：通过AEIS考试进了政府分配的学校之后一年可转学否...

教育部官网说料，
AEIS 分配学校不可转校，请看分明。。。。。。
AEIS posting is based on applicant’s performance in the test, intended residential area and available school vacancies. There will be no school choice, no release of test results under AEIS, and requests for school transfers will not be entertained.
意思是第二年可以转。可不可以六月份假期前后申请呢？还是一定有年底学期末才行？谢谢斑竹解答，谢谢。
:@:@:@我英文不太好。AEIS 没有IN THE FIRST YR， 就是说所有的不能得。
只有PR和公民的孩子可以转，教育部每年就有一个时期统一办理，参见如下文件

To be eligible to participate in STEPS, the child must satisfy the following criteria:
1.The child is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
2.The child is currently attending Primary 1 to Primary 5 in 2013;
3.The parents / guardians have changed their residential address between 01 January 2012 and 20 November 2013 (both dates inclusive).
