的是不是都是未来几年打算买房的?

客观的讲, 高档公寓新加坡已经超过 东京香港, 要涨很难了.

组屋的话, 短期有 一两万新组屋要摧出, 但长期来讲, PR 可能在 2011 后再增 20-40万, 这些人都要房住.
现在新加坡 的家庭月收入中位线应该有 5700, 年就是 70,000, 4A 30 万的话, 就是 4.3倍左右. 要跌回 24 万恐怕要经济倒退才行. 我觉得涨的可能比跌的可能要大一些. 如果有一家人要住如值得去博这点下跌空间. 毕竟住房相比其他亚洲城市这里算底的了.
