China Stationery Limited (“China Stationery” or “Company”) is an integrated recyclable plastic stationery company with its own SAKURA brand of plastic stationery, proprietary products and production processes. The Company designs, manufactures and sells a broad assortment of more than 500 plastic filing and storage products as well as its own patented products, such as its plastic tape printer. The SAKURA brand of products is sold in China and globally in over 40 countries to more than 300 customers (including distributors, retailers and corporations).

Led by an experienced management team and leveraging on its established SAKURA brand, China Stationery is looking to capitalise on the strong growth potential in the plastic stationery industry in the PRC by maintaining emphasis on innovation and development.

More than 500 plastic filing and storage products China Stationery focuses on producing varied plastic filing and storage products. Since FY2004, over 90% of the Company’s plastic stationery products were sold under its Sakura brand. Patented products Currently the Company owns 6 patents for 6 of its products. China Stationery’s main patented product is its plastic tape printer that was launched in 2006. The plastic tape printer accounted for approximately 23% of revenue in FY2006. The other patented products include its plastic envelopes with its patented anti-tampering seal, which the Company intends to commercialise in 2009. Our products are marketed under our brand names, SAKURA, NACHI and FOLDERSYS The Company’s SAKURA brand, which is sold in China and globally in over 40 countries to more than 300 customers, is associated with quality. PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES China Stationery’s 2 production facilities are located in Putian, Fujian Province, China. o Zhenfu Road, Jiangkou Town, Hanjiang District (中国莆田市涵江区江口镇镇府路) o Wuxin & Donglou Village, Jiangkou Town, Hanjiang District (中国莆田市涵江区江口镇五星, 东楼村) The total combined gross floor area (“GFA”) of both production facilities is approximately 10,893 sqm. In anticipation of increased demand for its products and higher sales, the Company is in the midst of constructing its 2008 Plant with GFA of approximately 12,296 sqm. The 2008 Plant will increase its production capacity by 8,000 tons of PP sheets. AWARDS AND ACCOLADES Since its founding in 1991, China Stationery has received numerous awards, accolades and certification for its products and brand, which the Company believes is testament to the quality, reliability and excellence of its products and processes. The Company’s SAKURA brand of products has won numerous awards, certifications and accolades including Fujian Province Branded Products (福建省名牌产品) (valid for 3 years until 2009) awarded by the Fujian Provincial People’s Government (福建省人民政府), and Fujian Province Famous Trademark (福建省著名商标) (valid for 3 years) awarded by the Fujian Province Famous Trademark Determination Committee (福建省著名商标认定委员会). In 2006, China Stationery was one of only 5 manufacturers in China invited to co-author the industry standards for files published by the State Development and Reform Commission (中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会) in China.

Strength in China’s economy and rising consumer spending in China presents strong growth potential for the plastic stationery market in China

Increasing levels of literacy globally leads to increased demand for education tools and resources, including stationery products

BUSINESS STRATEGIES

Strengthen SAKURA brand and build up NACHI and FOLDERSYS brand

Invest in R&D activities to develop innovative and high profit margin products, increase number of R & D staff, improve product design and develop patented products that offer high margins

Apply for overseas patents for China Stationery’s plastic tape printer when the Company launches the second generation of its plastic tape printer and to apply for patents in both China and overseas for all future patented products

Commercialise the Company’s plastic envelope in 2009 and in this regard, China Stationery has filed an international patent application as well as a national phase entry application in the United States of America for the anti-tampering seal for plastic envelopes
