今天问了admin manager,听得云里雾里的
AM说，原则上16周产假是要一起休的，除非有特殊的情况，还要看机构的具体安排。总之，问了半天也没问清楚。我想，凭啥啊？我娃都成新加坡公民了，你还不把8周的产假补给我？岂有此理。

而且条列是讲最好十六周产假一次或分两次全部拿，这样对公司从政府那里申请两个月补助也方便。
当然你可以和HR，老板达成协议。比如系统里拿全部两个月，然后灵活安排咯根据工作要求。
那可不可以跟你们HR商量，
一次休够4个月，以后你入了公民，把后两个月的薪水补给你呢？
和在哪里工作没关系，12个月内小孩拿到公民就行。

Note:
If you are not married to the child’s father at the time of your child’s birth, but are married within 12 months from the date of the child's birth, AND/OR if your child is not a Singapore Citizen but subsequently obtains Singapore Citizenship within the 12 months from the date of birth, you will be eligible for the unconsumed portion of your maternity leave entitlement, starting from the date of your marriage and/or your child’s Singapore Citizenship to the eve of your child’s first birthday.
不过要注意拿到公民的时间，因为补的2个月假期只到小孩1岁生日前有效，就是说如果小孩11个月大的时候拿到公民，你就只能补一个月而不是2个月。而且后边2个月假期要和公司商量怎么拿。
