Production Geology Manager (1)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- Responsible for geological/geophysical supervision with regards to data
gathering and reporting during the development drilling program
- Responsible for supervising the incorporation of drilling data into
existing subsurface interpretation and recommending changes to the program
if warranted

- Will interface with reservoir and drilling engineering groups

Petroleum Engineering manager (1)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- Supervise and coordinate reservoir engineering and economic efforts for
the development of the CFD 11-1/2 and 2-1 fields
- Work with Operations and Production groups continually monitoring and
assessing field performance
- Work with G&G and Drilling on well locations and well types
- Provide economic evaluation supervision
- Make presentations to management and partners
REQUIREMENTS

Completions engineer (1)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- responsible for development of testing, completion and workover programs
- provide technical support to rig related functions
- perform in-depth technical studies related to remote “ area specific”
operations
- responsible for sourcing and pre-qualification of testing, completion and
workover services
- prepare cost estimating and non-productive time avoidance planning
strategies
- monitor daily operations and costs
- prepare post-well reviews
- evaluate existing and new technologies for potential applications

Drilling engineer(2)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- Monitor well site activities
- Act as a focal point for communications to and from the well site. Keep
the frilling manager informed of progress and any relevant incidents
- Investigate and follow up on accidents and incidents arising from well
site operations
- Authorize designs, programs, well cost estimates and authorizations for
expenditures for Kerr-McGee operated wells on the relevant asset
- Ensure adequate resources are available to meet objectives
- Provide thorough examination of drilling designs and programs prior to
implementation, especially during handover from design and planning
personnel
- Liaison with service company personnel and drilling contractor
- Ensure competence of offshore personnel
- Provide modifications and upgrade to Kerr-McGee owned facilities to
facilitate ongoing operations and “ special projects”
REQUIREMENTS

- 8-12 years experience in offshore drilling with a minimum of 3 years in

Geophysicist (2)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- Prospect/lead G&G evaluation, risk analysis, exploration/appraisal well
drilling proposal.
- Be responsible for seismic interpretation and mapping for Western Bohai
including 09/06 block. Be responsible for seismic data reprocessing,
seismic and well data loading to workstation. Be involved in risk analysis
for prospects and 09/06 technical presentation. Be involved in technical
liaison related to Western Bohai Exploration. Be involved in technical
support to Houston.
REQUIREMENTS

- Bsc. degree in Geophysics, Geology, or related discipline. 5-15 years'
experience in seismic interpretation and mapping.

Geologist (3)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

- Participate new venture evaluation and KMCPL block evaluation.
- Responsible for exploration wells operation and coordination.
- Responsible for daily communication and final well report of all
exploration wells.
- Responsible for basic log analysis & geologic interpretation by using
Terra Science.
- Envolve in post-well analysis.
- Database setup for regional study.
- Acting as the geologist to conduct regional study, well operations,
geological evaluation of new venture opportunities and prospect evaluation
REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor in petroleum geology.
- 5-15 years subject relevant experience
- Experience in well site geology and well operations.
- Wide knowledge in petroleum exploration especially in Chinese basins.
- Good command of geological software especially in TerraScience

individual prospect.
- Good skills in English writing, listening and speaking.
- Good skills in cross culture communication.
- Sprit of team work

Senior Production engineer
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

activities of which the job is held accountable)
- Will be responsible for technical support to completions, reservoir,
workover, and production activities for the CFD 11-1/2 and 2-1 fields to
ensure a safe working environment as well as achieving the KM/CNOOC
production objectives
- Will recommend and implement activities to ensure cost effective and
maximum amounts of oil are available
- Will work with other team members in the organization to ensure the
overall KM/CNOOC objectives and goals are met or exceeded
- Will have complete working knowledge of the economic drivers for CFD
11-1/2, 2-1 and base his decisions on the best economics
- To ensure the KM and CNOOC production requirements are fulfilled,
accurately and timely
- Will apprise the ESP performance and actively pursue cost saving measures
REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 10 years experience in offshore production with at least 3 years
in a supervisory role
