如果单从就业角度看。。
在ntu eee 读electronic （IC design & Microelectronic) 比较有优势，如果你还会C, C++, VB, java 之类。以后工作的选择面会比较广。可以做IC designer, product engineer, test engineer, FA enginerr, software engineer 等等。software 一般做跟hardware有联系，要跟hardware engineer沟通的，公司一般优先考虑有硬件背景的，比如embedded system design。Microelectronic 出来一般到tech, micron, STM... 这些公司一般也不要求你一定microelectronic出来，读一两门课，像wafer processing之类的课，基本可以了解他们做什么了。
