be patient
if the company really need hands, they will call u until ur voice mail box be full. if you call back and tell them you r the person they are looking for, they will surely remember who u r and happily invite u to come for interview.
sometimes the company or organization may call u 2 or 3 months after the day you mail them ur resume.
