in any organization,
1st year 3% employee cpf(seems, or perhaps 5%) unless otherwise stated.
in 2nd year, in govermental organizations, 20% employee cpf, 13% employer cpf.
it does not matter too much.

起码在学校里, 学校第一年就给我全额的CPF
那时候是20%吗? 后来降到16%, 再后来是13%... T_T
我自己是第一年5%, 第二年10%, 现在是20%, 扣的真多啊!~~~
