most company, either hr manager or general manager is in charge of employing
so just find their email and mail them
one IT friend who is in charge of info mailbox of his company keep receiving the job applciation, and he just forwards to his hr, so maybe you can also email all kinds of info mailbox, guess usu. practice is they forward to the person in charge,
