basially, you have to do it yourself.
you can go to ICA and cancel your student pass, and meantime, you will get the temp EP to provide your leagally stay in Singaproe

你去取工作准证的时候，他们回向你要学生准证，那时才会被注销。在那之前，不用理他们。

2 methods
1) Tell NUS that you do not want to convert to part time any more. If lucky, you may still keep full time status. (It should be done ASAP). After that, what why11 said is absolutely correct!
2) Apply SVP. Renew it until you get EP or WP.
i think you have to check with ICA, but do pls ensure that you have legal stay
status here.
As far as you stay here legally, (means, with a stay permit) Nobody can sue you or fine u.
you can contact Registry Office ASAP to ask suggestion from them, and
go to your department and school to convert back to full-time student, if possible. good luck. I think they will know how to help you. Because i have the same experience with you, and understand the pain. Good luck to you, and hope you can find a job as fast as possible
