小弟我手里有一点2nd chance的股票，最近有看到这个公司有个announcement as followed:
Reference is made to the announcement made on 9 July 2008 (Announcement), where the Board of Directors (Directors) of Second Chance Properties Ltd. (Company) announced the proposed bonus warrants issue of up to 162,460,381 free Warrants (Bonus Warrants Issue), each Warrant carrying the right to subscribe in cash for one New Share at the Exercise Price of S$0.40 for each New Share, on the basis of 49 Warrants for every 100 Shares held by the Shareholders as at the Books Closure Date to be determined by the Directors for the purpose of determining the Shareholders’ entitlements under the Bonus Warrants Issue, fractional entitlements to be disregarded.
Unless defined otherwise, all capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Directors wish to announce that the offer information statement dated 22 September 2008 in relation to the Bonus Warrants Issue has been lodged with the Monetary Authority of Singapore today and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders today.
