直接去新加坡高等法院，很快就翻译出来了，30块钱左右。
高等法院翻译的有法律效用，自己翻译的，不懂可不可以咯~~

我自己翻译的，被美国大使馆接受了
昨天去了CityHall那边的高等法院，要两天、到明天才能办好；但是去美国大使馆的预约是在今天，于是昨天我临时准备了自己翻译的一份，带了国内的结婚证原件和一份复印件，今天在美国大使馆、签证官检查了原件并阅读了我的翻译，认可了我自己的翻译；
最后我还担心有问题，想好了如果有问题我就明天去取高等法院的翻译，再去补充文件。没想到这么顺利就过了；最后我再确认了一遍: "So we are both approved?" "YES!"

我们在新加坡ROM的，后来结婚证要拿回国用，还是去高等法院公证，再去中国大使馆认证的，不然估计国内不会承认自己翻译的东西。米国比较开明啊。
去牛车水那边的初等法庭就可以。
毕业证书，结婚证都可以。
