i met a modeling scout at cityhall MRT and asked me for an interview, so I went there, I MODELS HOLDING PTE LTD., yesterday just for fun and i would never go there if I knew how regretful i am now.

The "principle consultant" talked very fast and kept praising me, then he asked me to sign a free-time working contract with them and an immediate transfer of $1950 to them for profiling (taking 15 photos for $2140, so I still "owe" them $240). The consultant guy kept talking rapidly and left no time for me to consider carefully, and after I signed the contract, he did NOT give me a copy of the contract but only a very simple receipt after I transferred the money. I did not realize this fraud until I searched this agency online and found that a lot of girls actually have been cheated by them in the same way and some are still seeking legal ways to solve this problem.

I was asked to take those profiling photos next Monday afternoon, and pay the left $240, after which I would be left aside most probably instead of getting lots of chances for advertisements as they said. May I know what I can do to take my money back? besides, i have told them that i am a full-time scholarship holder who actually are not supposed to do any work, so is this contract considered illegal?
