Its current product portfolio includes more than 40 key marketed products, many of which are leaders in their respective therapeutical areas. The Development portfolio involves more than 75 projects - including potential new products as well as potential new indications or formulations for existing products - in various stages of clinical development.


CHAD (Chemical & Analytical Development) is a vital link in XXXX overall global development process linking R&D and productions. The key mission and tasks of CHAD are:

-design and develop novel syntheses
-solve synthetic problems with innovative chemistry and process technology
-optimize yields and stereoselectivity
-address ecological impact
-eliminate unsafe reagents/chemistry
-prepare drug substances



Qualifications:

1. PhD degree in Organic Chemistry (*must).
2. Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English (both oral and written).
3. Knowledge of drug regulatory (e.g. cGMP), safety and environmental regulations and guidelines is an advantage.
4. Demonstrated scientific, technical and regulatory knowledge in section area.
5. Computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, MS-Project, document management systems) available and shown ability to quickly learn relevant tools.
