Management Trainee
The objective of the management trainee programme is to recruit and develop highly qualified individuals for key positions of responsibility.
While on the 2-year programme, trainees will experience hands-on challenges and be coached continuously while rotated on jobs across our various businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
The requirements and qualities of a management trainee include:
Not more than 2 years working experience
Excellent academic results
Fluent in spoken and written English as well as Chinese
Good application in MS office
Strong analytical skills
High levels of motivation and energy
Creative and independent
Results-oriented
Willing to learn
Passion for excellence
