Job Requirement:
1) Keen to learn and quest in the technology field.
2) Self-motivated, proactive and hard working.
3) Be able to work indepently and as a team member.
4) Flexible working hour and OT are required as advance or urgently.
5) Knowledge or Hands-on skills with PVD, CVD, lithography, etc. semiconductor process.
6) Prefer having both processing and /or equipment working experience, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
7) Education in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemistry Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechnical Engineering, or Microelectronics
Job Description:
1) Perform the various wafer process in the wafer bumping line
2) Develop and optimize the processing as needed
3) Take care of whole project development and technology transfer as needed.
4) Work in the clean room environment
