Off topic - Which developped city/country has electronics job?

Question

Sorry this topic isn't about Singapore Career.

Worked in SG for three years and am feeling bored. Wanted to
explore a new surroundings. 10 years experience in digital
electronics, MEng. Studied in UK. Worked in Beijing, SG. Mostly
technical no managing experience.

Applied a number of US jobs but failed in getting VISA. Googled
HK and Australia, but no electronics sector.

Which country is reasonable for persons with such technical knowledges to go?

Difficult to get VISA to TW. SK/JP also quite difficult due tolanguage barrier.
