Bachelor with Merit without Honours 2100-2300 (usually 2300 for Singaporean Male after NS), usually annual review is after 1st year, means at the second year it would be around 0.03% increment, only $60-70 increment a month.

Bachelor with second lower around S$2300-$2500, similar increment rate. At most heard 100 plus increment per year

Bachelor with second upper or 1st class, starting pay $2500-$2700. Similar increment percentage.

Master starting $3000-$3500

phD starting $3500-$4000

phD from other country might be higher $4500-$5000.

But A*star has its 13 month salary, and around 1-2 months annual performance bonus (of course based on your bonus for the financial year April to next April)

And you have flexi benefit of around $300-500 depending on your institute...
