主要职责:
为满足现有或预期市场需求组织新产品开发及产品改进
确定产品要求文档 (PRD) 中的产品规范和文案
在工程范围内组织项目并安排其优先顺序;跟踪产品开发;制定产品发布计划
与工程团队密切配合,协助确定最佳技术实施方法及合理的执行计划
与跨职能内部小组(如:销售、客户服务、市场、法律部门等)合作,收集客户反馈并
确保产品顺利成功发布
制定短期及长期产品目标与策略
经验 / 技能要求:
计算机科学学位或同等学历
产品推出(从概念设计到发布)的实际经历
对中国用户需求的深刻理解,并曾在以往经验中独具创意地满足这些需求
互联网相关行业的市场知识
出色的组织能力,包括建立有效的工作关系的能力
Product Manager
Position based in China.
Major functions:
Initiate new products and product enhancements to meet existing or anticipated
market needs
Determine product specifications and document in a Product Requirements Document
(PRD)
Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering; track product development; develop
product launch plans
Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical
implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
Work with a cross-functional internal team (e.g. sales, client services, marketing, legal,
etc.) to gather customer feedback and ensure smooth and successful launches
Establish short and long term product goals and strategies
Experience / Skills:
Computer science degree or equivalent
Demonstrated experience shipping products (concept to launch)
Strong understanding of user needs in China and an innovative history of addressing
them
Market knowledge of Internet-related industries
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to build effective working
relationships
