Position summary: We are searching for a strong QE manager who will build a
Illustrator QE team from scratch for both blackbox, whitebox and automation testing to
ensure the delivery of high-quality project on time. Will also manage and coordinate
on-site or off-site contractors.
Specific responsibilities include: team development and personnel management;
collaborative work with Engineering teams at various sites, such as US and India;
Conducting research for specific projects; managing bug tracking system; defining and
verifying developmental milestones; implementing and/or updating QE processes, plans
and tools; developing and managing team budget.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
At least 3 years experience in software testing, plus 3 years as QE manager. Strong
in software QE process & methodology. Solid track record of delivering high quality
software product on time.
Experience with testing of shrink wrapped desktop software products,
Require BS degree
Strong leadership and expertise to build the QE team from scratch, and then coach,
motivate, grow and retain the team.
Strong organizational skills, excellent English verbal and written communication
skills
Great ability to manage, interact and work with local outsource vendors
Function effectively on concurrent development with a global co-development and
QE team in US and India. A professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to a
rapidly changing environment is a must.
Resilient under pressure, high energy levels and positive attitude are crucial.
Independent decision making and problem solving skills is a must.

Ideal:
Knowledge of Unix or Mac is desired. Experience developing automated testing;
white box testing framework is preferred.
Experience & Knowledge of Adobe and Macromedia products.
