Question

我是国大PhD，本月即将交论文。3周前签约并开始申请EP，今天公司的HR告诉我，Ministry of Manpower需要我提供

- a clear copy of the applicant’s PHD certificate or a letter
from the National University of Singapore confirming that the
applicant has completed all requirements of his course modules
and would be conferred with a PHD.

因为我还没交论文－送审－答辩，好像拿不到这样的conferment letter。三周前我已经提供了在国大的成绩单，本科和硕士的学位证书等的复印件。不知道这个情形怎么处理。

觉得大部分申请EP的fresh PhD都还没拿到学位，不知道其他人是否遇到类似情形并如何处理。还请有经验的朋友说一下。

use your master degree to apply EPYou should not apply EP using PhD degree. It looks like you tell the MOM officer: Hi, I haven't got my PhD degree, but I want to apply EP using this would PhD cert, which should be issued to me if everything is all right.The general result is MOM office rejects your application.Advice: withdraw current application, re-apply using your master degree. good luck.

还想请问，在新加坡哪里可以做国内学位证书的公证或者英文翻译件，谢谢你说的有道理。我以前在国内一直没有办过硕士学位证书的英文件。想请问，在新加坡哪里可以做国内学位证书的公证或者英文翻译件，谢谢

in supreme court, ask the guard for that office.not expensive.
