You will be reporting to the System Engineer and working with a multi-discipline team staff to support System Engineer in cost-effective, quality and timely solution to meet customers’ business and technical requirements. You must be prepared to work closely with team of engineers and be capable in performing signal processing/analysis, and integration of demodulation and decoding modules in a communication chain. Your typical work products are technical proposals supporting system solution generated by System Engineer, designs and cost estimates of the necessary integration work. · The Software Architect will report to the Chief Technical Officer and is responsible for the inception, elaboration, construction and transition of R&D software systems on Java and Microsoft platforms.

· Evangelism of R&D system to technical staffs
· Depending on team size of projects, work with project manager in tasks definition and allocation to project team.

· Architecture and Design
· Experience in architecting for at least 2 systems
· Experience in design modeling for at least 4 systems
· Well versed in UML and a development process such RUP, XP, or Crystal Clear
· Experience in applying methodology such as 4+1 View, Domain Analysis, Zachman Framework, or ODP is a MUST.
· Will be an added advantage if the systems are related to real-time systems such as communication and transportation.
· Will be an added advantage with experience in one or more of large scale transaction systems, reporting systems, eGovt system, military system, or system integrations.
