某某较大的公司要求发resume & transcript我打算发个cover letter + resume,但不想发transcript， 成绩不好。。。, 还有门吗？

Just tell them you don't have one currently
Tell them you don't have one and need time to apply; then see what's their opinion on it. If they say it's OK without it then you are free, but if they insist you better provide.
