听说citi.bank, JP morgan, Credit suiss...等等牛IB, 只要second upper 以上？

我听说就算那到面试，甚至拿到offer，
最后如果不是SEC.upper以上，都会在毕业时被婉拒，是这样吗？

不光大行，星展这个梯队的银行都是非second upper以上不考虑的
